Light at night is simply an issue for sleep, lets face it. Not to mention that we all seem to spend all day reading on the computer, looking at our phones, and our eyes can be seriously effected. This is really pretty amazing. I have been searching for a unique travel pillow, that also is supportive enough so that when I sleep on planes (which we all know I do a lot of) I do NOT get a pain in my neck. When you are traveling and need to sleep, blocking out the light is just as important as blocking out sound. A good sleep mask will do wonders for your ability to get a little extra sleep whether in the plane or in the passenger’s seat.

Yes, there are some sounds at night that will keep many people awake, especially if you are traveling or not sleeping in your own bed. Dogs outside, Television, and of course a snoring bed Ear plugs can be a temporary solution that allows you to get good rest. You want to make sure the ear plugs you use are noise level rated at 32 or below (that way you can still hear the smoke alarm). I have been a loyal Earplanes user since I picked some up at an airport many years ago. I like them because I don’t have to stuff them in my ears (most of the cylinder foam ones feel too big in my ears), and they don’t bother me as s side sleeper. Does the world really need another Sleep Tracking device? NO.
