The Atlas II is configured with a single cavity populated with multiple LEDs to deliver the maximum usable light. They feature the lowest thermal resistance of any LED package on the market. Our patented multi-layer on metal package design allows the most efficient path to dissipate the heat generated by the LED. This low thermal resistance gives you the choice to use a smaller heat sink or to run your parts at a higher power rating while still maintaining a safe junction temperature.
